Poniéndose, como afirma, «en el papel de árbitro o, más modestamente, de juez instructor, más que en el de defensor o acusador», pero defendiendo en realidad al segundo contra el primero, hace un análisis de los términos, el significado y los distintos planos en que se presenta habitualmente esta alternativa.
