  • Teresa Ruiz Rosas (Arequipa, Perú) lleva largos años dedicada a distintos oficios relacionados con la escritura. Vinculada desde su infancia a las letras, hija de poeta y de actriz, reside actualmente en Colonia tras haber vivido en Budapest, Barcelona y Friburgo de Brisgovia. Su novela El copista fue finalista del XII Premio Herralde de Novela y del ovetense Tigre Juan, y recibió excelentes críticas. El relato Detrás de la Calle Toledo fue galardonado con el Premio Juan Rulfo 1999 del Instituto Cervantes de París y Radio Francia Internacional. Con anterioridad a Nada que declarar, destacan en su producción las novelas La falaz posteridad y La mujer cambiada. Ha sido traducida al alemán, neerlandés e inglés. Teresa Ruiz Rosas ha traducido del alemán a W.G. Sebald, Franz Werfel, Rose Ausländer, Soma Morgenstern, Fred Wander, Botho Strauss, Axel Hacke, Wim Wenders, Juliane Koepcke y Marco Th. Bosshard, del inglés a Nicholas Shakespeare, del húngaro a Milán Füst y del luxemburgués a Roger Manderscheid.
