    El Anillo ha sido adaptado al comic por el artista P. Craig Russell, conocido por sus adaptaciones de óperas al comic. Russell adapta el ciclo con una gran sofisticación, creando (por ejemplo) paralelos visuales a los leitmotif de Richard Wagner con imágenes repetidas.
