  • Alcorta ha ido construyendo una obra sostenida por un firme pulso poético, que, tras las tentativas iniciales, adquiere auténtica singularidad a partir de Cuestiones personales (1997), el primer libro representado en esta antología, que abre un ciclo que culminará con Sutura (2007) y que comprende, entre otras, piezas como Compás de espera (2001), Trama (2003) y Corriente subterránea (2003). El siguiente libro, Sol de resurrección (2009), asume ya la nueva percepción del mundo que se entreveía, pero no alcanzaba a verterse resueltamente, en Sutura, y que sitúa al autor en una dimensión celebrativa de la existencia que amortigua notablemente el pesimismo dominante de las entregas anteriores, que sin embargo no ha desaparecido del todo.
