Aunque El Escamplero es un lugarón cercano a Oviedo, también lo lleva el jefe de un grupo subversivo asturiano conocido por Los Carrilanos, cuya característica más común es que nunca nada les salió bien: ni los atracos en Asturias, Cantabria y Bilbao, ni lo de Burgos en 1970, ni el intento de apular al policía franquista El Melenas. O sea, un fracaso tras otro, como antes quedó dicho. Por fin, al Melenas se lo llevaría el Covid, pero eso no sale en el libro. Y el que quiera saber más, que lo lea, que no muerde.
