  • Aura Jiménez (Madrid, 1997) es matemática y poeta. Aprendió a leer con los cuentos de Beatrix Potter y se enamoró de la poesía escuchando a su abuela Teresa recitar poemas cuando la llevaba al colegio. Ha vivido casi toda su vida en el sur de Madrid, mirando desde fuera el escaparate brillante y lejano que suponía la capital para ella. Sus poemas contienen el anhelo y la nostalgia de habitar lugares a los que nunca se llega a pertenecer. Estudió Matemáticas en la Complutense porque siempre le han gustado las cosas que habitan el mundo de lo inimaginable. Allí creó junto a unas compañeras de clase la exposición Mujeres Matemáticas, además de colaborar como voluntaria en varios proyectos de divulgación científica e integración social. Participó con el poema Romance de las dos amigas en la antología Poemario de Visibilidad Lésbica (Ediciones Complutense, 2021) y escribió el prólogo de Ruptura, de Desirée Baltanás (Posdata Ediciones, 2021).
