  • Emmanuel Peña (Tula, México, 1987) publicó su primera obra en 2011, "El libro del metro". Fue becado por la Embajada de Francia en 2016 para hacer una residencia en La Maison des Auteurs, en Angoulême, en la que concluyó su primera novela gráfica "Nada aquí", ganadora del segundo premio del 1er Concurso Latinoamericano de Novela Gráfica «Ciudades Latinoamericanas». En 2018 publicó su segunda obra, "Color de hormiga", y en los años 2019 y 2020 fue becario del FONCA (Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y La Artes de México). En 2021 recibe el Premio Artistas de Novela Gráfica (PANG!) por su obra "El tlacuache", que verá la luz en junio de 2022 en la editorial Aristas Martínez y la Editora Regional de Extremadura.
